Every year, within the month of January, The island of Hawaii plays host to several prestigious pro golf tournaments. The Hyundai Tournament of Champions was the opening of the 2011 PGA season. This tournament is played at the Plantation Course at Kapalua, on the Big Island. Then the pros are off to the Waialae Country Club to compete in the Sony Open on Oahu. Next it's the Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Golf Course. And they finish it off at the Ka'anapali Champions Skins Game at the Royal Ka'anapali on Maui.
