HawaiiGolfDeals is once again striving to make your Maui golf experience more value-driven with our new THREE-PLAY GOLF BUNDLES on MAUI.
To counter the high price of resort golf on Maui and the shuttering of three Maui resort layouts (Kapalua Village GC in 2007, Makena South GC in 2008 and Makena North GC on April 1, 2013), a few Maui golf operators (including Kapalua) are looking for ways to attract visitors intent on playing at least three rounds of golf on a visit to Maui. Accordingly, HawaiiGolfDeals has crafted a unique program with multiple-day play in mind.
We have established this program for ease of purchase and maximum value...
• Bundles are available for play from April 1 through December 19, 2013
• Golf may only be played after 11:00AM on any day of the week
• Tee times may be made up to 30 days in advance
• Bundles must be purchased exclusively on Shop HawaiiGolfDeals
Upon purchase, you will receive an online invoice with confirmation number and a form to fill in some data and the dates and times you would like to play each course. HawaiiGolfDeals will make your tee times and e-mail a final confirmation of the dates and times as soon as they are confirmed.
A minimum of three (3) days of lead time to the initial day of play is required in order to facilitate a THREE-PLAY GOLF BUNDLE on MAUI. No exceptions!
Each bundle includes…
• One-round with shared cart at all courses
• All applicable taxes
• Range balls at Kapalua Plantation & Bay and The Dunes at Maui Lani GC
• Initial tee times reservation and confirmation (via $5 per-person mandatory booking fee)
You may purchase as many bundles as you desire, but there are no substitutions or deviations from these bundles.

If you'd like to purchase two, four or five days (or more) of golf, you may do so by packaging golf with at least three nights of lodging and a three-day Alamo vehicle —OR— just an Alamo vehicle for at least four days. Please utilize our Packaged Golf on Maui Quote Request Form.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Purchasers may cancel any bundle up to 72 hours prior to your initial day of play at a penalty of 10% of the purchase price of the bundle, excluding booking fees (which are always non-refundable). Within 72 hours of the initial day of play, there are no refunds, but you may contact the applicable courses to reschedule your tee times. In the event of rain, rain check policies are dictated by the individual golf courses.
The "Valley Isle" is actually two islands created by two volcanoes and connected by a fertile isthmus. West Maui, formed by the Pu’u Kukui volcano, is remarkably different from South Maui, which is set at the base of the world's largest dormant (not extinct) volcano, Haleakala ("House of the Sun"), which reaches over 10,000 feet to the sky.
Our Maui golf courses deliver a variety of course designs in four distinct regions of the island—Kapalua, the preeminent golf resort on the west side of Maui—Wailea on the south side of Maui—The Dunes at Maui Lani in Wailuku at the hub of Maui—and—Pukalani in the upcountry.
The KAPALUA PLANTATION Course is a par 73, 7,411-yard track, which delivers a rather unique design by the team of Ben Crenshaw & Bill Coore. It is the site of the Hyundai Championship (the first weekend following the New Year's holiday), which kicks off the PGA Tour with an elite field of the previous year's PGA TOUR winners. Breathtaking vistas, substantial grade changes and massive greens are the attraction. Recent renovations have significantly improved the course. Tiff Eagle greens and tees are now found throughout the layout.
The KAPALUA BAY Course was crafted by Arnold Palmer and Francis Duane. The original Kapalua layout checks in at 6,600 yards/par-72 with gently rolling, ample fairways and substantial greens surrounded by villas, coconut and ironwood trees and the ocean. The signature hole is the quirky par-4 at No. 4, which takes a wind-blown left dogleg at the ocean. It is followed by a stellar par-3 over ocean to a well-protected putting surface. Perhaps the best hole is the 16th with its host of interesting attributes, none the least of which is an uphill fairway split by a creek. Recent renovations have brought new putting surfaces and other improvements to this venerable layout.
WAILEA OLD BLUE Golf Club is the original Wailea layout and has served as the welcome mat for the entire resort on Maui's south side for more than three decades. Old Blue delivers a magnificently manicured design, which may well be the best conditioned course on Maui. As the Arthur Jack Snyder design winds gently through the bluffs above the Wailea Resort gateway, there are a host of quality golf holes that are fair to all and reward good play with good scores. Play it once and you'll have to play it again.
THE DUNES AT MAUI LANI Golf Course is centrally located in Wailuku and very close to Kahului (OGG) Airport, which makes it an ideal place for a first and/or last round on Maui (plus a few rounds in-between). Clearly, one of Hawaii's most unique golf layouts, the late Robin Nelson crafted this 18-hole beauty as a tip-of-the-cap to Scottish links golf with an island flair. The terrain, inspired by prodigious sand dunes (in an area not adjacent to the ocean or beach), delivers an exhilarating golf experience. Throw in some dynamic elevation changes, water features and breezes, which require every club in the bag, and you'll see why The Dunes is one of the most talked about Hawaii golf courses.
PUKALANI Country Club is stunningly perched at the gateway to Maui's upcountry in its namesake town. At about 600 feet above sea level on the downslope of Haleakula, the views are breathtaking and the golf is lots of fun. The 18-hole/19-green Bob Baldock layout is user-friendly, yet demanding at almost 6,900 yards from the tips. Why 19 greens? The par-3 at No. 3 offers two target greens. To the right, go across the barranca for a slightly uphill shot . To the left, shoot downhill to a sunken green. Nice touch!
Editor's note: To be perfectly frank, for most of this decade, there has not been much golf value on Maui. Yet, there are plenty of available tee times. As a result, we have prevailed upon a few very wise golf operators to work with us to create a terrific group of courses you can play once each, or many times, for a memorable Maui golf vacation.
