The HawaiiGolfDeals GOLFHAWAIICARD is issued on a "Program-Period" basis. Therefore, if you purchase a subscription during the period from Jan. 1 through Jun. 30, your GOLFHAWAIICARD is valid until Jul. 31. If you purchase a subscription covering the period from Jul. 1 through Dec. 31, your GOLFHAWAIICARD is valid until Jan. 31. In other words, a subscription is in effect for anywhere from 30 days to seven (7) months based on when you subscribe and in accordance with the dates you will be in Hawaii. However—no matter when you subscribe, the savings are substantial!

Please note: Subscriptions purchased for the current six (6) month period are mailed every Tuesday. All subscriptions purchased for the six (6) month period following the current six (6) month period will be shipped no later than the 4th Tuesday in June or December. However, your order will be paid for and acknowledged immediately.

Please also note: If your Hawaii vacation straddles the months of January/February or July/August, we will make the appropriate expiration adjustment and send your subscription(s) with GOLFHAWAIICARD at the appropriate point in time.

The GOLFHAWAIICARD is issued and remains the property of HawaiiGolfDeals.com. Use of the card is limited to obtaining special discounts and and value programs at participating golf facilities and other vendors listed in HawaiiGolfDeals publications and websites, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set forth therein. 

Special pricing and value rates will only be awarded upon presentation of the card, signature affixed (rear of card) and accompanied by picture ID (i.e.: driver's license or passport). 

The GOLFHAWAIICARD is non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the face of the card. A card utilized by the by an individual who is not the cardholder is subject to immediate confiscation by the vendor where it has been presented. Replacement fees may be assessed for lost, stolen, damaged or confiscated cards.

1. Subscribers must initially call us at 1-818-865-9860 to begin the refund process. Subscribers may keep all newsletters, brochures and other printed materials sent to you with your original order compliments of HawaiiGolfDeals.com - with the exception of GOLFHAWAIICARD(S). 
   
   
2. GOLFHAWAIICARD(S) must be returned to HawaiiGolfDeals.com at the address below via a trackable method of mailing or delivery. Such mailing options may include USPS certified or registered mail or overnight delivery services, which must be able to provide delivery confirmation, if necessary. Date of mailing must be no later than the subscriber's previously indicated date of arrival in Hawaii.
   
   
3. Each subscription refund will be processed less a $10 processing fee.
   
   
4. Refunds will not include any fees for RUSH SERVICE or RUSH SHIPPING paid on the original order, if any there be.
