Due to the elevation, expect extra distance on well-struck shots, even though cooler temperatures prevail. Set in the midst of pine and ohia trees, Volcano presents more than a decent challenge. The back nine has several marvelous holes and one of Hawaii's best par-5s at the 17th Hole.
