We serve fresh, healthy food in an atmosphere where sustainable agriculture and responsible business practices come together. This combination reflects our deep respect for the environment and our gratitude toward the dedicated people who produce our food. Maintaining committed, direct relationships with local farmers allows us to keep our menu diverse and constantly changing with the seasons. Most of the ingredients used to prepare our menu are grown here on the Big Island of Hawaii. We are the only certified locally-sourced and organic restaurant in the state of Hawaii.
